Whether you’re looking for a 1-to-1 session, group workouts or something different Pegden’s Personal Training & Fitness will offer you a programme, where every session is planned specifically for you. We know that everyone is different and every body type is different, so we tailor everything to you and your specific needs. We offer flexible session times to make sure that you can work out when suits you. We know that fitting in workouts around a busy work and family life can be tough, just get in touch with your needs and we’ll do our best to help. Want an early start before work, no problem! Want a lunchtime session, no problem. Work shifts and want a late evening session…no problem! We don’t just work with you during your actual session; we are Personal Trainers that cares for our clients in Alton, so we will be with you every step of the way to answer questions, keep you on track and just offer a level of support to keep you going. What About Covid-19 Restrictions? We know that life is a little different for many of us, so we’re happy to work with you in a way that suits. If you do choose to meet with us for your Personal Training session, you can either come to us in Alton, or we can come to you in any of the GU34 surrounding area. Every session will be carried out to the Governments current guidelines to keep everyone safe. Don’t worry if you’re not quite ready and we can wait until lockdown has been fully lifted. We Work With All Levels It doesn’t matter whether you’re best mates with the gym, or you’ve just bought your first pair of trainers. We’re passionate about giving everyone the best personal training experience possible. We’ll always talk to you in detail about your goals, your current fitness levels and what else you want to achieve. That way we can put together something that suits you. We’re more than happy to work at your pace, so although we’ll challenge you a bit to help get you where you need to be, we’ll always work with you. You’ll find that our friendly approach means that you feel at ease and happy in our sessions, which is what it is all about. Yes, everyone wants to work out to feel better but what is the point if you’re not enjoying yourself while you do it?
