Pedgens Personal Training & Fitness in Alton, GU34 offer a free 40-min chat either in person with one of our coaches. We discuss in detail what you are looking to achieve, what types of exercise you prefer, the times & durations you can commit, motivation levels, previous fitness experience etc. We use a short questionnaire, to allow the trainer to propose a detailed training plan for you and agree your fitness regime.
