There is no denying that the Covid-19 pandemic has been tough on lots of us for many different reasons. Even though there have been some definite benefits to spending more time at home, for many of us it has meant a drop in our fitness levels. Between the temptation to snack, the guidelines to stay at home and the closure of gyms, finding the time and motivation to work out has been tough. That said, the latter half of 2021 looks set to be a much better year, so why not plan now how you can improve your health and fitness levels?
If you ask anyone who keeps up a long-term fitness plan, they’ll tell you that accountability is often key. Anyone can start a new fitness regime, with a promise to start some new better habits and feel super motivated at the start. However, after a few weeks, life can get in the way and we lose track of our goals and then our motivation drops. If you engage with one of our coaches, you will get an expert to guide you through the whole process of your new journey. We thought we would share with you some of the ways working with a Personal Trainer can help.
